Icon-NewEmail Client email template management: Preview, edit, and manage email templates you send to customers through the Bill360 platform, providing you with greater control over content while enhancing communication, improving accuracy, and creating stronger relationships with customers.
Icon-ParentPay ParentPay: This supports QuickBooks Online (QBO) and enables parent customers to view and pay all sub-customer invoices online with one transaction, which means you no longer need to grant user access across multiple individual customer portals. Additionally, ParentPay eases the transition from to digital payments that are faster and more secure than paper checks.

 QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Sync/Pause Return: Bill360 customers now have the ability to pause and resume sync operations at their convenience when using QBD. This new enhancement provides greater flexibility in managing data synchronization, ensuring you choose the most optimal time for syncing without interrupting workflow.

 QBD Invoice List View Enhancement: You and your customers can sort and search their invoice lost view(s) by purchase order (P.O.) number, making it easier to find invoices linked to specific P.O. numbers. These numbers will only appear for future invoice imports.

 Scheduled Payment Behavior Change: his new feature cancels scheduled payments whenever an invoice is edited, and changes are made to the total amount and/or due date. You and your customers will be notified via email of any payments cancelled because of these edits.

Credit card eligibility

Credit card eligibility allows you to enable/disable card payments and set maximum amounts for individual customers or invoices.
